Breaking Boundaries

Life & Death | June 13, 2012

How often are you told you can't? How often are you told that you're going to fail before you have even begun? As much as listening to advise is a good thing, some advise just stop you from reaching your desired goal. Truth is, you'll never know how good you are at something until you try it yourself. You'll never know if it's really for you until you've tried it out. The beauty of life comes from the learning experiences that you go through througout your lifetime. If all you ever do is restrict yourself to doing the regular everyday routine deeds, you'll never learn anything. Your mind does not want to be put at a standstill. With learning comes growth, maybe the growth may be small and have no significance to anybody else, but your inner self will be pleased at the attempt you've made and the result which you've accomplished. Stop listening to what people say you can't do and start doing what you know will make you happy. You life is your very own, you should live it up and not live it for anybody but yourself. Wise decisions only make you wiser. I say you can do it if you put your mind to it. Restore the hope, revive the passion and attempt on reaching for that star that you've been looking at all these years. Break the chains that bind you, then you;ll see that happiness will find you. Operate in excellences.

There is a saying I came across somewhere that I believe is relevent here, "If you don't try to push yourself past your limits, you will never find them."

There are two types of limits; physical and mental. Both can be pushed back by pushing yourself to the limits you can.
