To disable the right click menu in your TinyMCE editor remove 'contextmenu' from your plugin list in the tinyMCE.init function. This affects both 'advanced' and 'simple' themes.

If on the other hand you are looking to change the right click menu options for your editor you are going to need to modify the m.add() function calls in the plugin/contextmenu folder.

Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 now comes with SVN integration. It's their one big feature for developers in this version. Too bad it's completely useless.
